Shipping and Delivery
All purchases are shipped via UPS or Fed-Ex. Purchases may not be shipped to a P.O. box. For your security, a signature may be required upon delivery. In most cases, orders received will be shipped within 5-14 business days. All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Products available for purchase at any moment are subject to availability of stock on hand. M.Cohen will contact you in the event that your item in unavailable. A confirmation of receipt for your order will be sent via email.

Returns
At M.Cohen customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If any of the items in your order are incorrect, or defective in any way, please contact us at (213) 488.0443 for an exchange within 30 days of the date of receipt, provided: 1. the item is in its original condition, and 2. the original Packing Slip is included with the return. Please note the order error or specific defects. Items must be securely packed, and packages must be shipped back to us using a traceable method such as UPS or Fed-Ex. Please be sure to keep the Return Tracking Number.

Information We Collect: We collect contact information such as name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and company information such as company name and Web site URL. This information may be used for the following general purposes: to customize the advertising and content you see, fulfill your requests for products and services, improve our services, contact you, conduct research, and provide anonymous reporting for internal and external clients. We may also use the information you provide to follow up with you, or to contact you about offers or products which you may find interesting.  Security. Protecting your privacy and your information is important to us. Your information is accessible to M. Cohen only.

Email Communications: You may elect not to receive emails from us. If you did not opt out of our email program, we will use your email address to send you emails which may interest you. Emails will likely contain information regarding our products or offerings. You may unsubscribe from these emails if you wish.
Information Sharing.
