M. COHEN STUDIO IN MAD LORDS – PARIS

It all started when…

The fraternal friendship between M.Cohen and the uber-hip jewelry store MAD LORDS in Paris was born 10 years ago during an inspirational trip to Los Angeles by Serge & Caroline Muller. Together, they translated M.Cohen’s West Hollywood Store vision and style to their own universe in Paris.
True to the diversity and aesthetic, MAD LORDS now has an independent space for M.Cohen’s full collection and an exclusive Fine Jewelry range with pieces in gold, silver and diamonds.

DECEMBER’S BIRTHSTONE

Originating in the 13th century, turquoise is one of the oldest stones in the world and its name is based off of a French expression meaning ‘Turkish stone’. Its primary color is blue, but it ranges in shades and transparency – from translucent to opaque. A sacred stone for the North American Indians, as well as, the Tibetans, it is often used by shamans in rituals and ceremonies. It graced the necks of Egyptian Pharaohs and adorned the ceremonial dress of early Native Americans.

This beautiful robin’s egg blue gemstone has been attributed with healing powers, promoting the wearer’s status and wealth, protecting from evil and bringing good luck.
